– Ingredients –

  • 850gr dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, etc)
  • 100gr de cerejas cristalizadas
  • 75gr de fruta cristalizada
  • 75gr de amêndoas
  • 350gr de farinha
  • ¾ Teaspoon of spices
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 275gr butter
  • 5 eggs
  • Brandy

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Mix the dried fruit with the cherries and fruit, crystallized in a splint, add the brandy, mix well and leave to stand from one day to the other
