When Motorola explained at the beginning of October which were devices that would receive Android Marshmallow 6.0 we collided to not see a name: Moto E. The rest of the company terminals appeared in the list but the more modest and economical company now owned by Lenovo did not appear.
We are used to that the mobile input does not come within Motorola updates plans but it looks that users ‘ complaints have arisen effect and they decided to bring it up to date also. The E bike of this year (on first generation remains outside) will shortly receive its portion of Marshmallow.
The input range is also update
It’s nice effort by Motorola which has seen that their luggage to keep their phones a day (as far as possible) sometimes is a hard commitment that goes beyond the Terminal stop range. Good news indeed for all holders of this terminal. Now it only remains to know when the update will happen.
Motorola explains in the blog that they have no rush to launch this update since they want you arrive with sufficient quality and is not a pitch to mata horse with a version of software that does not meet expectations. It is reasonable to wanting to do it so in the long run it would be more work of constant revisions and patches.
Thus, these are the terminals that receive Marshmallow soon:
- 2015 moto X Pure Edition (3rd gen)
- 2015 moto X Style (3rd gen)
- 2015 moto X Play
- 2015 moto G (3rd gen)
- 2014 moto X (2nd gen)
- 2014 moto Moto G and G with 4 G LTE2 (2nd gen)
- Nexus 6
- 2015 bike E with 4G LTE (2nd Gen)
The list is longer, since here we have decided to reduce it to not reflect terminals that are for example exclusive to some countries such as the Droid that traded with Verizon in the United States. Few companies have so many updatable terminals as Motorola but that doesn’t mean that they should sleep on our laurels. You have to climb those versions using data on Android.
